Our restaurant and cafe serve as a melting pot for guests from across the globe. Besides Indian, Tibetan and European cuisines, our kitchen also serves up a selection of dishes targeted to the health conscious traveller. Interesting options such as sprouted salads with beets and spinach, cauliflower and almond soup, hummas and grilled vegetable wrap, pumpkin, spinach and pine nut salad, Mediterranean vegetable quiche, seabuckthorn tea and barley coffee,. We try as much as possible to utilise organic fresh vegetables picked directly from our green house.
In the evenings our tandoor gets fired up and guests can choose from a wide array of Indian dishes ranging from tandoori trout, to mushroom tikka, seekh kebab, paneer and chicken tikkas even pizzas and jacket potatoes with garlic cream. Our spiced lamb chops, mutton ghee roast and chicken malai walla always receive rave reviews, as does our spinach and mushroom ravioli and field fresh green pea soup.
During the warmer months breakfast and lunch can be served to our guests in the garden cafe. It's the perfect place to enjoy your meal surrounded by the hypnotic mountains, almost sinuous in form. We invite you to unwind in our garden cafe enjoying the twittering of the resident yellow wagtails, ruphas goldfinches and black redstarts.
